The URSA Mini 4K features a very nice foldout LCD touchscreen, a Super35 sensor on a Canon EF lens mount, two XLR audio inputs and 3G + 12G SDI video outputs (configurable), and records (at max) in native 60fps 4K Blackmagic RAW or Apple ProRes onto two CFast 2.0 cards.

Used item, sold in perfect working order. The camera is slightly dusty and has a couple scratches on the body, but is overall in extremely good and clean condition.
The URSA Mini 4K features a rare "global shutter", meaning that the entire sensor is read out at once instead of incrementally line by line. This means that the camera's output is totally free of the "rolling shutter" effect, where any fast changes in the image (such as fast-moving objects like fan blades, fast tilting of the camera, or strobe light flashes) lead to ugly, torn frames. This feature makes it a very desirable shooter for certain specialized applications.
